Down and Dirty
Roadhouse Craft Beer & BBQ Opens

Let the jokes about Patrick Swayze and bar brawls fly.
This is one Roadhouse we’re throwing punches to get into first.
The Publick House owners round out Operation Washington Square Domination with their latest venture, a barbecue spot opening tomorrow night. Inside the belly of the red and black beast lies a custom-built, 4,500-pound smoker from Texas where true brisket and ribs will be smoked in endless supply.
The dining room is packed with homemade furniture and an original mahogany bar with 40 draught craft brews on tap. French windows open onto a plant-rimmed beer garden where you can relax with a frosty and a plate of smokey deep fried pork ribs or chicken-fried ribeye.
Considering the popularity of their other spots, seats are expected to fill up quickly.
But we’re guessing you know how to put up a fight.
