Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Advertising revenue development for consumer packaged goods and health categories.
- Cultivate relationships with new and existing advertisers and agencies through regular meetings and entertaining.
- Create advertising proposals, partnership programs, deliver to clients, and negotiate terms of program.
- Work with our Sales Marketing team on big ideas and solutions for clients.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and work closely with other departments including ad production team.
- Participate in industry associations and trade groups.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of three years interactive advertising sales experience.
- Consumer packaged goods/health online advertising experience preferred.
- Working knowledge and participation in interactive marketplace.

Product Manager
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the VP of Product to create goals and plans for the company's future product offerings, especially as it relates to email, community, video or syndication.
- Create specifications, requirements and/or wireframe documentation for product development activity.
- Conduct usability testing of new and existing products.
- Project manage development of new products and/or product features working closely with marketing, sales, editorial and engineering teams.
- Assist in performing quality assurance, user acceptance and usability testing on products.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 5 years experience with the full lifecycle of product development; at least 3 at a consumer internet company.
- Product development experience at an ad-supported Web site.
- Additional background in the following is a plus but not required: email marketing, mobile, video, syndication, women's content.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and develop various products at different stages.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent teamwork skills, including proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Understanding of application/software development processes, publishing technologies, advertising technologies.

Sales Marketing Manager
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Work with ad sales executives to create custom online marketing solutions in response to advertiser needs.
- Provide overall support to sales staff including conceptualizing and developing custom programs to meet individual client objectives.
- Manage the creation presentations and proposals that meet clients’ needs and budget requirements.
- Mange the execution and implementation of sponsorship programs and added-value opportunities including but not limited to: advertorials, sweepstakes, sampling, web-based programs, events, etc.
- Attend sales calls or participate in conference calls as needed.
- Work with the Sales staff on pitching, presentations, and all other necessary functions with the goal of closing new business.
- Contribute ideas in group brainstorming sessions and client meetings.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- At least 3-4 years of experience in writing proposals (internet advertising sales and focusing on women’s lifestyle a plus).
- Must have a clear understanding of sales marketing and merchandising.
- Must have excellent communication and writing skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to take control of projects.
- Must be extremely detail oriented.
- Must have the ability to work and think independently when necessary.
- Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the use of MS Windows, MS Office, Outlook and especially PowerPoint.
- Graphic design skills are a plus, but not required.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
