Proof Positive

Finamoré Limoncello

happy hour!

Medicinal alcohol use runs on your maternal side. For her cramps, Mom took two Midol with three mimosas. And Grammy offered a brandy snifter to anyone who sniffled.

Take a bottle of Finamoré limoncello to your next family gathering. The ladies who taught you never to come empty-handed will relish the Italian digestivo for its sweet flavor, sunny shade, and 70 proof.

Developed by Seattle entrepreneurs Nicole Finamore, James Vert, and Jimmy Stark, the liqueur derives from lemons off the Amalfi coast and is distilled in Vert’s mother’s hometown of Taurasi, Italy.

Try it with Finamore’s recipe below.

You’ll find it goes down like mother’s milk.
